Do you accept group pledges or retailer pledges?
We have learned from past experience that logistically it is very hard for us to handle group pledges. For this campaign we are not accepting them, but a maximum of 3 copies can be bought per order.
Retail stores will have access to the base game during the retail launch of the title.

Can I choose my language?
Yes, you will be able to choose your language of preference for free at the end of the campaign, once we launch our Bazaar (pledge manager).

Does the Fireland expansion fit into the base game box?
If you back the Collector’s edition, you will receive a single box with everything inside, including the game expansion.

What is the Thundergryph Bazaar?
The Thundergryph Bazaar, it’s our way to call our pledge manager (powered by Backerkit). In the Bazaar, you will be able to do the following: 1) Pay for the shipping cost of your pledge, if you haven’t already; 2) Access to a limited quantity of our past Deluxe editions; 3) Access to a selection of released retail titles, including the different promos for each game; 4) Upgrade your pledge or add any additional items from Darwin’s Journey campaign. 5) Select your preferred language of your choice. 6) Choose your address for shipping and update it anytime before fulfillment.

Do I qualify for any free gifts?
The Darwin mini-expansion will be given for free to the backers that subscribed to our pre-launch newsletter. You should have received a notification about this by email. The gift is limited to one per order regardless of the quantity of copies ordered.

How can I purchase an Add-on?
1) Click the blue “Manage” button on the right side of the project page 2) Select the “Change your pledge” button 3) Here you will be able to change your Pledge Amount by increasing it to include your add on Once we launch our Bazaar (pledge manager) you will be able to select the add-on you purchased.
Eventually, you can also wait for our pledge manager (Bazaar) around 4 weeks after the campaign ends to add them directly there, which is much easier.

Will pledging 1€ give me access to the Pledge Manager?
Yes, by pledging 1€ you will have access to the Pledge Manager to upgrade your pledge. Please notice that a full pledge is required to access the Bazaar to purchase additional games or add-ons.

Is the Collector's Edition only in English? What about translated rulebooks?
Yes, the Collector’s edition box will be in English. Inside the box, you will find the rulebook in English. Along with your game, we are adding the rulebook in another language (Italian, French, German, Spanish) if you require it including the player aid.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
